I acknowledge that I am voluntarily using the club storage area at Huron Oaks Golf Course and I hereby release and discharge Huron Oaks Golf Course, its owners, employees, agents, and affiliates from any and all claims, liabilities, damages, or expenses arising from or related to the use of the club storage area, including but not limited to theft, loss, damage, or destruction of my golf clubs or any other personal property.
I acknowledge that the use of the club storage area is entirely at my own risk and that I assume all responsibility for any loss, damage, or injury that may occur to me, my property, or any third party as a result of my use of the club storage area.
I further acknowledge that I am responsible for the security of my golf clubs and personal property while stored in the club storage area, and that I am solely responsible for obtaining any necessary insurance coverage to protect against loss or damage.
I understand that Huron Oaks Golf Course does not provide any insurance coverage for my golf clubs or personal property stored in the club storage area, and that I am solely responsible for any loss, damage, or injury that may occur to me or my property.
By agreeing to this waiver, I acknowledge that I have read and understand the terms and conditions of this agreement, and that I am voluntarily assuming all risks associated with the use of the club storage area at Huron Oaks Golf Course.
